I use it to bake my banting bread and it works VERY well. I love it

Surprisingly good as a porridge, very quick a convenient to make if you just add hot water. I added cinnamon and honey for a bit of flavour. the coconutty flavour is good. texture is ok too if you are used to coconut flour. The bread in a mug was quick, taste is different to regular bread obviously so do not expect a regular slice of bread. Texture is similar to a slice of woolies ancient grains bread. was good slathered with peanut butter.

I enjoyed this as a warm porridge, added some honey and cinnamon as the coconut flour taste was a bit bland for me. Love the coconutty taste in combination with honey and cinnamon. No bloating or gas like i usually experience with my favourite overnight oats. Definitely filled me up till lunch, looking forward to trying the bread in a mug.

Okay product, a bit bland. You have to add cinnamon or honey or vanilla or something to make it more tasty. Very good for your digestion as it's high in fibre.

I really didn’t like the taste. After trying to make the porridge, I tried the bread but still did not like the taste.

I didn’t like the taste of this, I kept on trying to like it though as I am not a fussy person, but I just couldn’t get used to it. I did try the bread in a mug and it wasn’t bad at all but I don’t like it in any other way. I don’t think I’ll buy this again.

The bread in a mug is convenient and my go to breakfast bread not that I'm following Paleo.

I have Tried making so many Banting friendly breads but never liked any. Tried making the Heba bread in a cup and although it wasn’t a hit , it wasn’t too bad either . Its Definitely got to be the best so far. I’ll be buying more of this product for sure

Perfect for, easy, quick and filling

Super easy to prepare, eat as is raw with a little boiling water or add honey and fruits so something more substantial. Taste is quite mild, a little coconut and reminds of Maltabella in a way. Great as a supplemental breakfast food or as a dietary replacement. Recipes on the back require less water than stated imo

Was slightly disappointed with this product. It is not the greatest when made a a porridge, was tasteless. But I'm sure of you add other ingredients such as banana, honey, berries, etc it could taste better.

I honestly didn't enjoy this at all, and I was so looking forward to try it. Not for me.

Easy to prepare and my kiddies enjoy this pap.

The great thing, well for me anyway, is that I can have this uncooked. Just add a little milk, some yogurt and a fruit, and voila you have a yummy and healthy breakfast. I keep buying this product!

It's filling, just very bland. But when you are gluten intolerant you do not have a choice.

Don't really enjoy the flavour. Ok as a replacement for pap.

Heba, is definatley a grocery cupboard MUST have for me. I use heba almost daily! Can't do my LCHF, Banting routine without it!
I'd recommend heba to everyone on a healthy eating plan. Especially Banter's and LCHF lifestyle family.
I shared heba ideas with all my friend's.

After trying my own (awful) variation(s) on bread-in-a-mug, a little bit of this, a little bit of that, I ordered Heba. Perfect bread first time round. Thank you!

Have only made the bread for now, taste is not bad - did find it very filling. Also found that the bread was TOO moist, upon investigation apparently you need to use "large" eggs and not "extra large" like I did. But not bad....

Very filling!

Bought this for my aunt (who wanted to lose weight) before. The bread she baked from it was quite tasty. So decided to order a whole lot now for winter to enjoy with soup etc without having to go on diet for the beach after winter...LOL

Great low carb, high fibre, gluten free breakfast. I do add some extra cinnamon.
