Lucuma “The Creamy Peruvian Superfruit” It’s tasty flavour and aroma are hard to describe or compare to any other. Some may say it tastes like caramel custard and others a bit like pumpkin. An excellent source of carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins especially beta-carotene, niacin and vitamin C, and also a good source of minerals such as calcium, phosphorus and remarkable concentrations of iron.
Baobab is a wild-harvested superfruit naturally bursting with nutrients — fibre, electrolytes and antioxidants more powerful than blueberries, goji berries, acai or pomegranate, more vitamin C than oranges and more calcium than milk, baobab powder helps to boost the immune system and promote overall wellbeing and vitality. A great natural source of B-complex vitamins, dietary fibre and antioxidants.
Dissolve one to two tablespoons of Mr Goodspoon powder in a little hot water, and then add your milk of choice. Blend into a smoothie with frozen berries or mix with yoghurt and chopped fruit.

When I first tasted it I wasn't sure but my second taste was better :D He on the other hand, loved it from the beginning and I simply mix it with plain full fat yoghurt.26/02/2019, By SamanthaI give it to my toddler daily in juice with some coconut water and it helps to get him to ingest nutrients and antioxidants03/02/2019, By CarolineLove this to sneak in some extra nutrition for my littles, it smells like veggies but they can't detect the taste once it's in something mom 1 fussy eaters 003/11/2018, By TarrynI add this to my kids' smoothies. They don't even realise that they're driking something "healthy"24/09/2018, By PaigeGreat product, I can only get my son to drink it in fruit smoothies though as the flavor is quite strong. Very good though! :)29/05/2018, By Baby & PopsAbsolutely adore this, I sprinkle it into my purees for my smallest and I sprinkle it into my SUPER fussy toddler's porridge etc and they both don't mind the taste #amazeballs what a wonderful way to boost their meals #yay24/05/2018, By Kerry-Lynni give this shake to my kids. The first few days it was a battle to get them to drink it, they do not like to try new things. We have nicknamed the shake The Super Hero shake and i get them to help me prepare it in the mornings. Now when they wake up one of the first things they ask for is their Super Hero Shake. I have also tried the Banana flavor, which according to them is a bit more yummy.16/02/2018, By MoniqueI love the nutrients provided by the powder. I add this to my kiddies smoothies, however i can't throw the entire recommended serving into their +-250ml of smoothie... it would alter the taste of the smoothie too much and they'd not fancy the taste, so i add about 1 tsp - something is better than nothing.06/09/2016, By AlexI was excited to give this to my little one, but you do need to add it to juice or add some honey as although it is a lovely pink and has a nice flavour, there is a definite greens aftertaste that he didnt seem too keen on. It isnt as sweet as some might like, but you could get that sweetness from lucuma by itself. But ive found mixing it with guava juice is a winner and i cant wait to experiment with the baked/unbaked goodies we can make with this.
