Everything you’ll need:
- 1 bag of MojoMe Chocolate Brownies Mix
- ¼ cup of water
- ½ cup of vegetable oil or melted butter
- 3 eggs (incl. yolk) for “cakey” brownies or 2 eggs (incl. yolk) for “fudgy” brownies
Directions:
- Make sure you have everything you’ll need
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F
- Blend the Almond Cake Mix with ¼ cup of water, ½ cup of vegetable oil or melted butter, and 3 or 2 large eggs until mixture is uniform in texture
- Pour batter into baking pan and begin cooking immediately
- Bake for 30 mins
- Remove from the oven when the brownies pass the toothpick test*
*Poke the brownies about 5cms from the edge of the pan with a toothpick; when it comes out clean the cake is ready

Some sort of sweeter definitely needs to be added to the mix. Considering the amount of butter and eggs you need to add to the mix, it's really not worth the calories. It was so bitter, it just went straight into the bin - waste of time and money. Chocolate hearts are gimmicky and don't improve anything about the mixture. Brownies - I have baked these, however, I didn't enjoy these as much as I thought I would (maybe my expectations were too high or the icing ruined it) don't get me wrong, they are still very tasty and great in terms of the nutritional information
