Pukka Cleanse is certified organic by the Soil Association, and is naturally free of caffeine and gluten. Each box includes 20 tea bags, packaged in sachets to preserve the flavour and benefits of the precious organic herbs. Pukka teas are safe for use during pregnancy.Directions
Infuse the tea bag for at least 5 minutes in freshly boiled water.

Its not overly floral or perfumed as some herbal teas are. I enjoy this as is - black, no added sweetener. It definitely does feel like it has a cleansing effect.
