Directions for Use
- Adults and children aged 16 years and older:
- For the first 5 days, take 2 capsules 1 hour before bed.
- Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules 1 hour before bed as needed.
- Do not take more than 2 capsules in a 24-hour period.
Storage Instructions
- Store at or below 25°C and protect from light and moisture.
- Keep in the outer carton until required for use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
