I think this is one of the better brown rice flours on the market. It has a really lovely taste. Definitely one of my favourites.

I'm glad it says gluten free on the packet. It gives me peace of mind. The flour is nice and fine, and smells fresh and sweet.

The taste is fine, just remember to add guar gum or xanthan gum so that it binds well when baking. Good gluten free flour!
