The EM Difference: Unlike pharmaceutical probiotics - which are typically cultured as single-strains individually, then freeze-dried and combined at a later stage - EM cultures all their beneficial microorganisms together at the same time. As a result, EM's unique blend (lactic acid bacteria, phototrophic bacteria and yeast) is more robust, and the microorganisms work in synergy with each other to heal and balance your system.
EM Pro Canine helps your pet’s body in the following ways:
- Promotes healthy immune system function
- Breaks down food for better nutrient absorption
- Helps the body to create its own natural antibiotics & vitamins
- Prevents the build-up of harmful bacteria
- Relieves eczema & skin problems
- Eases digestive issues, including diarrhoea
- Boosts low energy levels
- Provides protection against chronic diseases & infections
- Improves coat condition & breath
Pets are subject to the same chemicals and environmental hazards as their human friends; this places stress on their systems, which can lead to all sorts of health issues from digestive problems to chronic skin conditions. EM has come to the rescue with a multi-species bacterial formula that closely simulates what your pet should be getting as part of their diet in a natural (non-domesticated) environment.

9 out of 9 people would recommend this product30/01/2019, By HayleyStarted giving this to our boy after he had a run-in with an unknown skin irritation, followed by antibiotics. Works wonders, helped flush his system, restore his skin, and keep him regular and healthy. Took a few weeks to truly see the benefits, but it definitely made a big difference for him.12/09/2018, By CMOI added this product to my Ridgeback dog's food due to the fact that she is gluten intolerant. I only gives it a 4 at this stage as she is using this for the past 2 weeks only, but I can already see a slight improvement in her condition.14/07/2018, By RianaI mostly give our dog cooked food, and find that pouring the liquid probiotic over it, works well. I've been giving her probiotics for quite some time, so her gut should be in good condition, and I just continue using it to keep it good. It smells like molasses, and I presume it tastes nice.
The only problem I have with it, is the fact that the directions given are so many "sprays" on the food. So I presumed it would have a spray top, but it has only a screw-on cap. The directions also have the volume in ml in brackets, so it's okay to use a medicine measure, but one of the given uses, is that it can be sprayed topically on open wounds. Now to use it like that, requires a spray top, because using cottonwool swabs will cause a lot of wastage.13/07/2018, By ws1My doggies' health has definitely improved with this product added to their meals.08/07/2018, By WendyMy dogs' health have definitely improved. No more bile throw-ups, much more lively and happy !01/05/2018, By BerylI have been giving this to my dog who has an "iffy" digestive system and severe skin allergies and, over time and together with the flax oil, she has improved considerably.03/04/2018, By LarisaAfter one week, my dachies' ears are smoother and the one with eczema's skin has notably improved. Great product.06/08/2017, By BerylI have two dogs, one is an 11 year old German Shepherd who has a sensitive stomach and a young 2 year old with a sensitive skin. Both of them have shown a significant improvement in condition since I have been adding this to their diet.29/05/2017, By SaraMy old boy can be a little bit of a fussy eater sometimes so I wasn't sure how he would react - I put the recommended dosage over his night time meal and he lapped it up!
I've noticed to an increase in energy levels in him too.
He had a check-up a few weeks ago and the vet is happy with his health.
