Directions:

• Follow the instructions provided.

• The kefir grains are shipped dehydrated.
• The culture is reusable & makes up to 1L of kefir with every batch.
• Suitable for use with cow or goat milk.

Please Note:

• You may also use the kit to culture coconut, soy, or rice milk once rehydrated in dairy milk; grains require regular refreshing in dairy milk.
• Nut and seed milks will yield inconsistent results.
