19/06/2023, By DebiDoesn't taste like it's been fermented at. Sweet more than sour and quite blah!. The ordinary green cabbage sauerkraut by the same brand is very tasty. I won't buy the the purple again.29/11/2020, By MarlenaI have not yet opened the two bottles I have ordered. Will only do so in a week or two as I usually make my own sauerkraut with red cabbage, also adding fennel seeds which is delicious. So looking forward to tasting this product and will report on it. Reason why I only gave 3* is because I have not tested it yet
