  • Add: Put 1 cup of whole raw nuts & 4 cups of room temperature water into a container.
  • Soak: Let the nuts soak at room temperature. Please note that there are different soaking times for different nuts.
  • Blend: Pour nut mixture into a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is semi-smooth.
  • Strain: Twist the reusable nylon mesh filter onto cone. Place on top of the glass carafe. Pour nut mixture into cone and let strain for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy! Serve immediately or store in carafe with silicone lid.

Mixed Nut Twist Recipe:

  • 1 Cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1/2 Cup raw Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup raw Brazil nuts
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 5 Cups filtered water, plus more for soaking
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey or vegan sweetener
  • 1/2 Teaspoon sea Salt


  • In a medium bowl, cover the Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, Almonds & Vanilla bean with filtered water and let the nuts stand overnight at room temperature.
  • Transfer to a blender. Add the Honey or your preferred sweetener, 5 cups of filtered water, and Salt to the blender and puree on high speed until smooth for 2 minutes.
  • Twist the reusable nylon mesh filter onto cone. Place on top of glass carafe. Pour nut mixture into cone and let it drain for 30 minutes.
  • Serve immediately or store in carafe with silicone lid. Stir or shake before serving.
  • Make-ahead of time. The mixed-nut milk can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
  • Want a little something extra? Why not add some dates, Turmeric, Cocoa, or Cinnamon to your nut milk?

Quicker, easier and less mess than using a nut bag. Love this product.

The Carafe is much like a drip coffee carafe so will need gentle handling...
