I scrutinise labels, and this range of CarbSmart products is great. They use erythritol which is excellent. Not many people realise that maltitol spikes insulin higher than normal sugar does. Your price for the chocolates is 33% higher than what I pay at Edgemead Spar or Giants Okavango though
