Hannahpad cloth menstrual pads are a cleaner, greener alternative to those chemical-laden, single-use pads and tampons. When it comes to your personal care products, you need a solution that’s created with the ultimate respect for your body, and for your environment as well. That’s what makes Hannahpads special. These washable, reusable panty pads are made with a 100% organic cotton cover, with no harsh bleaches to irritate delicate skin.  They can also be reused for up to 3 years, so they’re much kinder to the planet (and your wallet) than disposable pads. Breathable, leak-proof, comfortable and absorbent – these organic cotton pads tick all the boxes.

The medium Hannah pad is wonderful! It copes with a heavy day without leaks. I have never had one move or shift. No rashes, no itching, no chafing. Pretty prints. Machine washable is a huge plus too. Only issues are slight staining and that they take quite long to dry

These work so well, I've used other cloth pads and these outshine them by far. The only downside is the drying time.

Good pads, soft lining and a lovely outer. Moves around a bit because it has no sticky strips like the disposables, but nothing a safety pin or two couldn't fix. The medium is a bit longer than I would think necessary, but rather that than too small.

This is the perfect solution to single-use pads. It’s comfortable, discreet and very reliable. Will definitely buy more now that I’ve tried it out since one isn’t enough- it takes very long to dry especially in the winter.

These are great quality and easy to clean. The medium works as well as a disposable super.

Really impressed with this pad

These pads are wonderful, more comfortable than disposable pads, and much better than other washable pads I've tried. I use them and so does my daughter, neither of us have had any leaks. The pads can stain a little, but that's not an issue - the planet is more important than a few stains!

This pad is so comfy and absorbant. Really impressed. The washing and drying is admittedly some extra admin but worth it.

This is a fantastic reusable pad. Comfortable to wear, easy to clean (if you follow the cleaning instructions) and absorbent.

The medium pad is great to use along with a menstrual cup. As a person who likes to be doubly protected during my moon-cycle, this size pad is wonderful. The waterproof layer ensures no leakage either. Definitely recommend!! Stains from blood is part of using reusable products though.

This is my favourite reusable pad, it is highly effective and super slim. So no more itchiness, or noises coming from pads. You hardly know that you are wearing a pad. It is easy to clean, my pads are stain free after using for more than 2 years. Best thing to do is to ensure that the blood does not dry on the pad, so when at work, keep in a packet and soak pads for 24 hours when you get home. Then wash with the recommended laundry products( I love their Boerseep and Laundry bar). I used their larger sizes even after the birth of my baby, and they worked so well, there was no need for those horrible surfboard pads :-). I will definately recommend this pad wholeheartedly!

Not very absorbant and stains arent easy to get out. I persevered for a while but have now stopped using completely. Very disappointed

The fabric is so soft and comforting! One needs to have several of these though as cleaning the pad does take a bit of effort. To clean: I usually spray white vinegar directly on stains, add a tsp or so of Londa Bio Oxy bleach, rub sufficiently into the stain to let it settle. Thereafter soak in cold water and once most of the stain is out, add to a laundry cycle.

I found these very absorbent. However, I struggle to wash the stains out. I have soaked in cold water with Triple orange bio-detergent for four days and still see some light stains. I prefer using the moontime maroon pantyliners (more sensible colour) with my mooncup. It also shifts around a bit but that did not bother me that much.

I love the Hannahpad. It’s comfortable and absorbent. Doesn’t move during the day or night. The medium pad is good for the daytime and light nights. I’m Never going back to regular pads.

Was a bit scared when I first thought about making this swop, but it is an amazing product. You can hardly notice you're wearing it and it is super absorbent. The medium is perfect for those first heavy days

Wonderful, much better than regular disposable pads
They are breathable and therefore fresher for longer
A must try if you have not yet tried them

The best “performing” of the many cloth pads I’ve tried. Maintains shape after multiple machine washes, thinner and more leakproof than any of the local brands. Requires panties with a good fit. Minus a point for being expensive and having rather twee fabric designs... Still hoping for a local designer/manufacturer to beat this one!

I find these to be the best cloth pad and a very easy cross over from conventional pads. Ive stopped using the cup since I got Hannah pads, because they are so convenient and effective. I have all the sizes and wear them as appropriate for my flow. I have never had a leak with a hannah pad. They are
- thin, so you can forget about them
- absorbant
- soft against the skin
- yes, the small size moves a bit, but I have not had that problem with any of the other sizes
I wish the locally made ones were as good!

I wanted to try going completely green, switching to menstrual cups and cloth pads. The menstrual cups went fine, but I can see myself using the cloth pads that much. Pros: They have a higher absorbency than disposable pads. They
e reusable. Cons: They are somewhat uncomfortable. They shift in your undies. They take time to wash dry. If you have sensitive skin and you are really committed to going green, I guess you can make the cloth pad work for you, but honestly, I don think I will be using it or recommending it any time soon.
