Knead for about 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Shape into a large flat oval shape.<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Spread with pickle and sprinkle over cheese.<\/p>\n<p>8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Roll into a fat sausage shape and cut off 3-4cm thick slices.<\/p>\n<p>9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pack slices, cut side up, into the roasting tray and allow to rise until doubled in size.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for 15 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 180\u02daC and bake for further 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden.<\/p>\n<p>Serve warm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Great served for breakfast or with a bowl of hot soup.
