Plus while those up in the northern hemisphere are enjoying hot sticky toffee pudding and heavy fruitcake, we South Africans are always in search of s chilled sweet treat to round off our festive dinners. With all these considerations, whipping up the perfect pudding can seem like a bit of a daunting task!<\/p>\n<p>However, our green team has come to the rescue, with a super-simple recipe for <strong>Banting<\/strong> and <strong>Paleo-friendly<\/strong>, <strong>vegan-friendly<\/strong>, and summer-weather-friendly <strong>chocolate ice cream<\/strong>! This treat is sweet, creamy and delicious, made with only four ingredients.\u00a0Give it a whirl and your culinary skills are sure to be the talk of the evening.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Vegan Banting Chocolate Ice Cream<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400ml organic coconut cream<\/li>\n<li>40-50g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Superfoods-Raw-Organic-Cacao-Powder-p-1062.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">raw cacao powder<\/a><\/li>\n<li>75g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Health-Connection-Xylitol-p-953.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">xylitol<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2.5ml <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Vanilla-Man-Vanilla-Extract-50ml-p-5608.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vanilla extract<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Add the cocoa powder &amp; xylitol to the coconut cream.<\/li>\n<li>Blend well using a stick blender, until smooth &amp; creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Add the vanilla extract.
