Some of the benefits of kimchi, right here: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BENEFITS OF KIMCHI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Contains healthy good bacteria and probiotics <\/li><li>Lowers\u00a0cholesterol<\/li><li>Helps prevent stomach\u00a0cancer.<\/li><li>Great for weight maintenance <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 Medium Chinese cabbage<\/li><li>2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/himalayan-coarse-salt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"coarse sea salt (opens in a new tab)\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">coarse sea salt<\/span><\/a><\/li><li>\u00bc Cup rice vinegar<\/li><li>2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/catalogsearch\/result\/?q=brown+sugar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"brown sugar (opens in a new tab)\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">brown sugar<\/span><\/a><\/li><li>2 Tbsp red pepper paste<\/li><li>Thumb-sized piece of ginger grated<\/li><li>1 Bunch spring onion, finely chopped<\/li><li>2 Medium carrots, peeled and grated<\/li><li>1 Large radish, peeled and sliced<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Metho<\/strong>D<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Day 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Cut Chinese cabbage into inch-sized pieces. Place in a bowl, mix and massage with the coarse salt.<\/li><li>Place a bowl and something really heavy on top of the cabbage and leave overnight.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Day 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Mix the vinegar, sugar, red pepper paste and ginger together in a bowl.<\/li><li>Add the carrot, spring onion and radish to the cabbage and mix well.<\/li><li>Place in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/weck-brand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"sterilized jar (opens in a new tab)\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">sterilized jar<\/span><\/a> and push down hard to get rid of all the air.<\/li><li>Leave at room temperature for 5 days and then place in the fridge and enjoy.
