Put the dough onto a sheet of wax paper to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Knead the dough with your hands until it feels just right for playtime.<\/li>\n<li>To make the colouring, simply boil each fruit, vegetable or spice separately in 1 cup of water. Place each fruit in a separate bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the cheese into thick pieces. Use your cookie cutters to cut the pieces into cute, fun shapes \u2013 stars, hearts, flowers! Place the cheese shapes in another bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully thread the fruit and cheese pieces onto each skewer. Older kids can assemble their own unique kebabs, but younger tots will need supervision. (Tip: To serve, cover the pointy end of each skewer with a piece of apple.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><em>Dairy Free Choc-Chip Cookie Dough Party Popsicles<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Perfect for summer parties!<\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 can <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Amaizin-Organic-Coconut-Milk-p-1588.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coconut milk<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup unsweetened almond milk<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Cocopure-Coconut-Sugar-p-3377.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coconut sugar<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1Tbsp pure <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Nielsen-Massey-Organic-Madagascar-Bourbon-Vanilla-Extract-p-4789.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vanilla extract<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A generous pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup dairy-free carob chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>METHOD<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat the milks, coconut sugar &amp; salt in a small saucepan; cook over a low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, leave to cool for a bit, then stir in the vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>Add a helping of carob chips to the bottom of each popsicle mould (use about half the chips). Fill the moulds with your \u201cdough\u201d, leaving a little space at the top of each one.<\/li>\n<li>Freeze the popsicles for 1-2 hours, until they\u2019re partially frozen. Remove them from the freezer, then sprinkle more carob chips into the dough in each mould. Insert the popsicle sticks &amp; freeze again until the popsicles are totally solid.<\/li>\n<li>Tip: To catch spills and drips, place a paper cupcake case onto each popsicle stick, just beneath the popsicle. Use a non-toxic magic marker to draw on a smiley face.
