Almond Flour &amp; Coconut Milk Bread<\/h2>\n<p>Gluten-free, dairy-free and delicious; packed with protein and nutrients, with a mildly nutty flavour.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00bccups <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Amaizin-Organic-Coconut-Milk-p-1588.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coconut milk<\/a>, room temperature<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs, whisked, room temperature<\/li>\n<li>\u00bccup melted <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Lemcke-Neutral-Taste-Odourless-Coconut-Oil-p-5255.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coconut oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1tbsp <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Good-Life-Apple-Cider-Vinegar-Cloudy-p-4365.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">apple cider vinegar<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1tbsp <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Lalibela-Natural-Raw-Honey-Wildflower-p-3399.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">honey<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2cups <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Natures-Choice-Gluten-Free-Almond-Flour-p-4281.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">almond flour<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bdcup <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Crede-Milled-Coconut-Flour-p-4526.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coconut flour<\/a>, sifted<\/li>\n<li>2tbsp\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Good-Life-Organic-Psyllium-Husk-Powder-p-1200.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">psyllium husk powder<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1tsp sea salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00betsp baking soda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Method:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Line a loaf pan with unbleached parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk all dry ingredients (flours, salt, psyllium &amp; baking soda) together in a bowl until combined.<\/li>\n<li>Mix all wet ingredients (milk, eggs, oil, vinegar, honey) with an electric mixer.<\/li>\n<li>Add the whisked dry ingredients to the wet &amp; mix again with an electric mixer.<\/li>\n<li>Using a flexible spatula, scoop half of the batter into the loaf pan &amp; press it down firmly.<\/li>\n<li>Add the rest of the batter to the pan &amp; press down firmly again, until the top is smooth &amp; level.<\/li>\n<li>Bake the loaf for about 70 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>After baking, leave the bread to rest in the pan until cool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/temp.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Dollarphotoclub_61588520.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4112\" title=\"matcha chou cream and green tea\" src=\"http:\/\/temp.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Dollarphotoclub_61588520.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"318\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>2. Matcha Almond Tea Cake<\/h2>\n<p>This loaf is high in fibre, low in carbs and gluten-free, with the distinctive flavour of Japanese Matcha tea for an antioxidant boost.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1tbsp <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Lady-Bonins-Matcha-Green-Tea-p-5204.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Matcha green tea powder<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2tbsp hot water<\/li>\n<li>3cups <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Komati-Almond-Flour-p-5220.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">almond flour<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/3cup unflavoured <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Health-Connection-Just-Whey-Protein-Concentrate-p-2555.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">whey protein powder<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\u00bdtsp <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Creeds-Gluten-Free-Aluminium-Free-Baking-Powder-p-2901.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">baking powder<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1tsp baking soda<\/li>\n<li>\u00bdtsp salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bdcup butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>\u00bdcup granulated <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Creeds-Erythritol-500g-p-2999.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erythritol<\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>20 drops <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Health-Connection-Stevia-Herbal-Liquid-Sweetener-p-832.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stevia extract<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1tsp <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Nielsen-Massey-Almond-Extract-p-4790.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">almond extract<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bdcup <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/La-Mandorle-Almond-Milk-Natural-Flavour-p-4448.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">almond milk<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Method:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Grease or line a bread loaf pan.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk the Matcha powder &amp; hot water together until smooth. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk together almond flour, whey protein, baking powder, baking soda &amp; salt. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Beat the butter until smooth. Add Erythritol &amp; for approx. 2min until well-combined.<\/li>\n<li>Beat in the eggs, 1 at time, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Beat in the stevia extract.<\/li>\n<li>Beat in half of the almond flour mixture, then the almond milk.<\/li>\n<li>Add the remaining almond flour mixture &amp; beat until well-combined.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the batter in half. Beat the Matcha mixture into 1 half until well-combined. Beat the almond extract into the other half.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon the batter into the loaf pan (alternating spoonfuls from each half). Swirl the batters together with a knife or fork, &amp; smooth down the top of the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 60min until the top of the loaf turns golden-brown.<\/li>\n<li>Leave to cool in the loaf pan for 5min, then transfer your loaf to a wire rack to cool completely.
