INGREDIENTS:\u00a0<\/b><\/h5>\n

  • \u00bd cup elderflower cordial\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 6 passion fruits<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 lime, juiced<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 2 Tbsps honey<\/a>\/agaveagave<\/a> (optional)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 4 cups (1L) sparkling water\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Mint leaves (garnish)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    METHOD:\u00a0<\/b><\/h5>\n

    1. Cut open the passion fruits, scoop out the pulp and strain into a bowl to remove the seeds. Use the back of a spoon to help extract the passion fruit juice. You need about \u00bd cup of passion fruit juice. Keep the seeds.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Add the elderflower cordial, lime, honey and passion fruit juice to a jug. Lastly, add the sparkling water to taste.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Pour over ice and garnish with a few passion fruit seeds and mint leaves.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
