Smoothie bowls, on the other hand, are a serious treat. Take a day off from the smoothie bowls and treat yourself. You might have a hankering for a traditional fry up, or you\u2019ve waited all week to have the time to make <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/blog\/fluffy-coconut-yogurt-pancakes-rainbow-drizzle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flapjacks or banana pancakes<\/a> from scratch.
