target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sundried tomatoes<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd head cauliflower, steamed<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Tbsp nutritional yeast<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc cup fresh basil leaves<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt and black pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1tsp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0To prepare your edamame and mung bean fettucine follow the instructions on the packaging.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Soak the sundried tomatoes in hot water for at least 10 minutes or until soft (don\u2019t discard the water). Meanwhile, saut\u00e9 the onions and mushrooms in a pan with a little bit of coconut oil or olive oil, until golden brown and fragrant. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Add spices and sundried tomatoes to the pan. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Continue to prepare the sauce:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Take your soaked cashews, drain the water and add to the blender along with cauliflower, nutritional yeast, coconut milk, oregano and salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thick add a little of the leftover sundried tomato-soaked water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combine the pasta and mushroom mixture and then slowly add the sauce.
