Nut butters are packed with the power of protein, and full of other health-giving nutrients too:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids; support heart health<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin E; packed with antioxidants and protects cells against free radical damage<\/li>\n<li>Minerals like manganese, calcium, magnesium and copper, which promote healthy blood and bones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a quick and easy (you won\u2019t believe how easy!) way to make your very own nutrient-packed nut butters at home \u2013 all you need is a good quality blender, and a few handfuls of your favourite nuts.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Please Note:<\/strong> <\/em>We recommend choosing a powerful, multipurpose blender strong enough to crush hard ingredients like nuts and ice. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Salut-Superior-Super-Blender-p-5010.html\" target=\"_blank\">Salut\u00e9 Superior Super Blender<\/a> has a 2HP motor that\u2019s perfect for the job.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add 3 to 4 cups of raw nuts (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/By-Nature-Organic-Almonds-p-3085.html\" target=\"_blank\">almonds<\/a>, peanuts, hazel nuts or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Komati-Non-Organic-Raw-Cashew-Nuts-p-3702.html\" target=\"_blank\">cashews<\/a>) to your blender.<\/li>\n<li>Blend at high power.
