His book, <i>Juice Master: Keeping it Simple<\/i>, is a must-have for new and experienced juicers \u2013 and it\u2019s a big help for parents who want their little ones to eat more greens!<\/p>\n<p>Try Jason Vale\u2019s recipe for a fresh fruit-and-veggie juice your kids will find hard to resist:<\/p>\n<h1>KID&#8217;S VEGGIE SPECIAL<\/h1>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 small beetroot<\/li>\n<li>2 Golden Delicious apples<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc small pineapple<\/li>\n<li>1 stick celery<\/li>\n<li>1 small handful of spinach<\/li>\n<li>1-inch slice of cucumber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>DIRECTIONS<\/h2>\n<p>Couldn\u2019t be simpler; juice all your ingredients and pour over ice.
