Organic sundried tomatoes are full of vitamin C, iron and dietary fibre, while apple cider vinegar is one of our natural summertime weight loss superstars \u2013 so rest assured this is a wonderfully healthy treat that won\u2019t derail your diet.<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/By-Nature-Organic-Dried-Tomatoes-p-3814.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">organic sundried tomato<\/a> halves<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Phileos-Organic-Extra-Virgin-Olive-Oil-p-2873.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">organic extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Himalayan-Fine-Salt-Shaker-p-761.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fine salt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp minced shallot<\/li>\n<li>2 small cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Health-Connection-Organic-Apple-Cider-Vinegar-p-1223.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">apple cider vinegar<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tsp <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Good-Life-Organic-Origanum-p-1211.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">organic dried oregano<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>METHOD<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>It\u2019s simple! Combine all your ingredients in your blender* and blend until you get a thick, creamy mixture. Chill for about four hours before serving, or leave it overnight for a much thicker sauce<\/li>\n<li>Store your delish dressing in the fridge, in an air-tight container; it will keep for up to a week.
