Light enough for post-workout nourishment and substantial enough to give you an energy burst to start your day, smoothie bowls\u00a0tick all the boxes.<\/p>\n<p>And because we\u2019re celebrating the baobab tree, we asked EcoProducts to come up with their best\u00a0smoothie bowl recipe.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Eco-Products-Baobab-Powder-p-3996.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EcoProducts Organic Baobab Powder<\/a>\u00a0adds a powerful anti-oxidant dose of Vitamin C and calcium,\u00a0along with useful amounts of magnesium, potassium and soluble dietary fibre. Baobab fruit powder is also\u00a0known for its prebiotic properties, thereby helping probiotics do their work.<\/p>\n<p>They also added in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/earthshine-moringa-baobab-activated-granola-snack\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Earthshine\u2019s Moringa and Baobab<\/a> granola for raw nutritious crunchiness, colour and flavour\u00a0as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/hi-honey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hi Honey\u2019s<\/a> baobab infused honey \u2013 which combines the many benefits of raw honey with an extra\u00a0infusion of baobab fruit powder.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">With sweet, summery mangoes and berries in season, almonds contributing protein and calcium and creamy\u00a0coconut milk for healthy fat, this is a smoothie bowl to fall in love with. So\u00a0here\u2019s the recipe \u2013 with a warning. You\u2019ll find yourself wanting to lick the bowl clean regardless of the company\u00a0you\u2019re in. We did.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><em>Makes 2 &#8211; 3 bowls <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 mangos, medium-sized<\/li>\n<li>1 Cup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/By-Nature-Organic-Pitted-Dried-Dates-p-3089.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dates<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 Cup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/By-Nature-Almonds-p-9881.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">almonds<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 Can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Good-Life-Organic-Coconut-Milk-p-6140.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coconut milk<\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Eco-Products-Baobab-Powder-p-3996.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">baobab powder<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\u20132 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/manufacturers.php?manufacturerid=700\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">honey<\/a> to taste (we used <em>Hi Honey<\/em> but you can substitute it with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/biona-organic-agave-syrup-light\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">agave<\/a> to make this vegan)<\/li>\n<li>1\u20132 Cup of water, depending on desired thickness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>TOPPINGS:\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Berries (we used raspberries and blueberries)<\/li>\n<li>Mango slices<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Komati-Coconut-Flakes-p-5221.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coconut flakes <\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/manufacturers.php?manufacturerid=140\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Granola<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put almonds and dates in a bowl and cover with water.
