These one-pot ramen noodles are the answer!\u00a0Naturally gluten-free,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/King-Soba-Organic-100-Buckwheat-Noodles-p-9650.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">buckwheat noodles<\/a> are\u00a0high in protein, fibre and minerals, while nourishing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Clearspring-Organic-Japanese-Brown-Rice-Miso-p-5467.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">miso <\/a>is rich in health-giving\u00a0amino acids and vitamins.\u00a0Infinitely healthier than two-minute noodles, this dish is also\u00a0packed with nutrient-dense garlic, ginger, chilli and fresh veggies, making it the perfect comfort food for chilly evenings.<\/p>\n<h3>Vegan Ramen Bowl<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 cups <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/naturgreen-instant-vegetable-broth\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vegetable broth<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1-2 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Clearspring-Organic-Japanese-Brown-Rice-Miso-p-5467.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">miso\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li>140g\u00a0organic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/King-Soba-Organic-100-Buckwheat-Noodles-p-9650.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">buckwheat noodles<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/King-Soba-Brown-Rice-Wakame-Noodles-p-1390.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rice noodles<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup organic silken tofu<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/faithful-to-nature-sesame-seeds-400g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sesame seeds<\/a>, toasted golden in a dry skillet<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Crede-Organic-Sesame-Oil-p-1593.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sesame oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons shallots, peeled and chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon spring onions, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 medium garlic cloves, peeled and minced<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and minced<\/li>\n<li>4 medium fresh shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and sliced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Black-Mamba-Chili-Paste-p-4984.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chilli paste<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup carrots, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup mange tout, strung and sliced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup fresh spinach leaves, cleaned and dried<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>To serve:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thinly sliced spring onions<\/li>\n<li>A few drops of low-salt organic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Good-Life-Organic-Shoyu-Sauce-p-2726.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">soy sauce<\/a>\u00a0or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Health-Connection-Tamari-p-956.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tamari<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Some extra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/black-mamba-cayenne-chilli-sauce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chilli sauce<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<p>1. Place the vegetable broth in a large bowl and whisk in a teaspoon or two of miso paste.<\/p>\n<p>2. Meanwhile, boil noodles in water\u00a0according to package instructions. When al dente, strain and refresh under cool water. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>3. Cut tofu into bite-size\u00a0cubes. Toss with the toasted sesame seeds.<\/p>\n<p>4. Heat a medium\u00a0pot over a moderate heat and saut\u00e9 shallots, spring onions, garlic, ginger, mushrooms and chilli sauce in sesame oil until just\u00a0golden, about 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>5. Add the broth and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>6. Reduce heat to a simmer; add carrots, mange tout and spinach. Cook for 2 minutes until crisp-tender. Add the noodles and sesame tofu and let soak up the flavours for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>7. Serve in individual bowls with chopsticks and spoons to\u00a0enjoy every last drop.
