Avocados have a neutral flavour and an abundance of healthy fats. Their ability to become savoury or sweet, depending on what they are paired with, is fairly unique in the world of fruit. Chopping by hand works too!<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Mix all the crust ingredients together in a bowl,\u00a0massaging until sticking together and doughy.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Press into a springform tin, so that the bottom is\u00a0evenly covered.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Mousse:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Add all the mousse ingredients to your food processor\u00a0with the S-blade and process for around five minutes.\u00a0Make sure that everything is well combined and silky smooth.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Pour the mousse into the tin and refrigerate for 8 hours.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Stores well in the fridge for a few days.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Using essential oil:\u00a0\u00a0Swop the peppermint oil for <a title=\"organic orange essential oil\" href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Soil-Sweet-Orange-Essential-Oil-p-274.html\" target=\"_blank\">orange<\/a>, <a title=\"organic ginger essential oil\" href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Soil-Ginger-Essential-Oil-p-664.html\" target=\"_blank\">ginger<\/a> or <a title=\"organic rose geranium essential oil\" href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Soil-Rose-Geranium-Essential-Oil-p-278.html\" target=\"_blank\">rose geranium<\/a> oil. Remember to only use food grade essential oils and in moderation.
