Repeat with each flapjack.<\/li>\n<li>Serve warm with butter &amp; fresh berries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Chewy Quinoa Macaroons from <em>I Quit Sugar<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Makes 12<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 free range egg whites<\/li>\n<li>80ml rice malt syrup<\/li>\n<li>150g <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Komati-Desiccated-Coconut-p-5222.html\" target=\"_blank\">shredded coconut<\/a><\/li>\n<li>135g cooked <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/Health-Connection-Quinoa-p-573.html\" target=\"_blank\">quinoa<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Whisk the egg whites with the syrup.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in the coconut, quinoa &amp; salt; place the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170\u00b0C &amp; line a baking sheet with baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Scoop spoonfuls of quinoa mixture onto the prepared tray.
