  1. Preheat the oven to 140C.
  2. Separate the eggs.
  3. Whisk the egg white until soft peaks form.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Melt the chocolate.
  6. Once cooled, add the egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
  7. Add and mix in the almond flour, butter, salt and Silan.
  8. Line a muffin tray and divide mixture.
  9. Bake for 30minutes.
