31/12/2019, By VickyAfter paying the hefty price for 60 capsules I was disappointed to discover this is not enough to complete the course. You have to take 4 per day for a week, then 8 per day for a week and then 4 per day for a week again. This must be followed by 1 - 2 caps daily for another month. You will need at least 2 bottles to complete. I feel a little mislead to be honest.19/06/2018, By CarinaI did not have any noticeable or drastic changes. But sure it worked its magic on my gut.
