Enjoy these high fibre, low carb and low GI muffins made with freshly milled fibre and protein rich coconut flour, omega 3 packed flax seeds, “sun-flour” with an array of minerals and fibre full psyllium husk.

  • Heat oven to 180 ºC and grease a muffin tray. 
  • Whisk together 4 large eggs, 250 ml full cream milk and 10 ml vanilla and 10 ml lemon juice then mix in the Poppy Seed Muffin Premix.
  • Pour muffin mixture into the prepared pan. 
  • Bake for approx. 20 minutes, oven temperatures may vary. 
  • Remove from oven and leave to cool.
