This flour has a fine texture and baked goods are delicious. Better than almond flour.

I am an avid banter and usually use almond flour for baking. When I discovered this website I decided to use Macadamia Nut flour. To my surprise it tastes better than almond flour and is more cost effective. The texture is soft and fluffy and really brings a lightness to the baking. Absolutely love it!
