This diet works

I lost 3 kg in three weeks and other friends have had great success with this eating style. It is sustainable and relatively easy although some of the recipes are a bit complex for me. Useful for diabetics too. Cutting the sugar (and sweeteners) sounds daunting but is actually easy. Having bacon and eggs for breakfast is so decadent! You can eat lots and lots of veggies but do invest in some psyllium husk to keep you regular. Great book. The fact that its on its fifth print since November 2013 speaks for itself.
