Lucuma “The Creamy Peruvian Superfruit” It’s tasty flavour and aroma are hard to describe or compare to any other. Some may say it tastes like caramel custard and others a bit like pumpkin. An excellent source of carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins especially beta-carotene, niacin and vitamin C, and also a good source of minerals such as calcium, phosphorus and remarkable concentrations of iron.
Baobab is a wild-harvested superfruit naturally bursting with nutrients — fibre, electrolytes and antioxidants more powerful than blueberries, goji berries, acai or pomegranate, more vitamin C than oranges and more calcium than milk, baobab powder helps to boost the immune system and promote overall wellbeing and vitality. A great natural source of B-complex vitamins, dietary fibre and antioxidants.
Dissolve one to two tablespoons of Mr Goodspoon powder in a little hot water, and then add your milk of choice. Blend into a smoothie with frozen berries or mix with yoghurt and chopped fruit.

I was excited to give this to my little one, but you do need to add it to juice or add some honey as although it is a lovely pink and has a nice flavour, there is a definite greens aftertaste that he didnt seem too keen on. It isnt as sweet as some might like, but you could get that sweetness from lucuma by itself. But ive found mixing it with guava juice is a winner and i cant wait to experiment with the baked/unbaked goodies we can make with this.
