Lindvlei Olive Tea is pure, natural & caffeine free. This tea is super-charged with antioxidants, higher than those in green tea & polyphenols. Olive Leaf has traditionally been used to aid in the lowering of cholesterol & blood pressure as well as for boosting the immune system.

The leaves of olive trees contain the phytochemical compound, Oleuropein which is a powerful, natural antibacterial agent which inactivates bad viruses that enter the body, allowing the immune system to react and reinstate a healthy balance.

Directions for Use:
This tea is golden amber in colour and has a mild, mellow flavour with a fragrant aroma. It is delicious with slices of lemon, orange or ginger, sweetened with honey or add a fresh zest with some peppermint leaves. It is also delicious iced!
Use one tea bag per cup. Bring fresh water to a boil, leave to cool for a few seconds then add to the cup. Steep for 3-10 minutes depending on the desired strength. Enjoy plain or flavour with a slice of lemon, soy or regular milk, sugar or honey. Be creative and brew to your own unique taste.
