Linseed (flax seed) is truly a secret weapon if you have issues with digestion.
I usually soak a spoonful of the seeds in water (best over night) and add it in the morning to my yoghurt, oats or smoothie.
Love the nutty flavour and the effect the seeds have on my digestion :)
