 This Kishmish Malaysian curry seasoning mix gives your spicy dishes a perfect balance of taste and aroma. This Kishmish combination is made with the herbs coriander, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, chilli and pepper that create a wonderful mild curry to satisfy even the most discerning taste buds. It is especially lovely for butter chicken dishes, lending a mild Malay flavour that is not too hot. These curry spices not only make for delicious spicy meals, but nutritious ones too, as they each contribute vital nutrients that boost your immune system, fight inflammation and toxin build up.

Cinnamon is a tasty spice is known for its warm, inviting aroma and sweet flavour. The essential oils present in cinnamon bark make it a healthy and nutritious addition

Coriander has a fragrant flavour and provides many health benefits as an anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic and is a good source of iron.

Cumin is an aromatic spice with a distinctive bitter flavour and strong, warm aroma.

Turmeric contains curcumin, a great antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. A good source of vitamins B. Helps to support a strong immune system, Improves digestion and supports a healthy liver

Take a fillet of chicken and slice thinly and place in a bowl, add little cooking oil of your choice, coat the chicken and then toss and coat with Malaysian mild curry.

Place chicken in hot dry frying pan for a few minutes / until chicken cooked, but not dry.

In the frying pan take any of the Kishmish sugar free jams- pineapple, or blueberry, or raspberry - 2 or 3 tablespoons and a knob of butter and de - glaze the pan- making a lovely sauce.

You can toss the chicken over a lovely salad and drizzle with sauce/ or place sauce on wrap, add salad, and chicken and wrap.
