Himalayan Neti Pot
For the relief of sinus headaches, blockages, allergies and snoring.

Instructions for use:
- Add ¼ teaspoon Himalayan Crystal Salt to the Neti Pot and fill to below the spout with warm water. Allow salt to dissolve or stir.
- Bend your head sideways over a basin or bath, or stand outside in nature. Place the Neti Pot spout gently against the upper nostril. Pour the solution into the nostril and it should flow through the sinuses and come out the other nostril.
- If the solution does not flow out the other nostril, keep moving head up/down, forward/backward or sideways.
- If passages are very blocked, the solution may not come out the other nostril. Keep repeating the process and after a few days or a week or two, as the sinuses clear, the water should flow.
- Repeat the procedure regularly (daily) for best effect.
Summary of the Technique
A Neti Pot is filled with warm, slightly salted water. Use Natural Crystal Salt (it is gentle on the nasal linings) and pure water (filtered or distilled). Lean forward over the sink, head half down and turned to the side. The spout is placed against one nostril and the position of the head and pot is adjusted to allow the water to flow out of the other nostril. Breathe through the mouth whilst the water is flowing through the nasal passages. After half a pot has flowed in one direction, change sides, so the water flow is reversed. When the water in the pot is finished, the nose must be dried well. Take your time, as the water will come down by itself in a minute or two. "Swimming pool head" may happen before you get the hang of it, and learn just how to hold your head correctly. Also, cold water or water that is not quite salty enough may cause that reaction. The technique is not as hard or uncomfortable as one may at first think. Most people are pleasantly surprised after even their first attempt, at just how simple and effective this method of health maintenance is. Once learned, the practice can be done in about 3 minutes, and like showering and cleaning the teeth, Neti is easily integrated into one's daily routine of body cleansing.
