Millet Flakes is delicious as an ingredient in muesli or cooked as a porridge. They are ideal as a first cereal for babies as they are organic and gluten free.

Directions for Use:
For Porridge: half cup flakes to 1 cup water or milk or both. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
This cereal is delicious served with soya milk, raisins, almonds & honey.
