Good Life – Organic Five Sugar Spice
This Organic Five sugar spice is nothing but pure spice and has:

Spicelicious Pancake Recipe:
250ml Flour
15ml Sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
250ml Milk
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the centre and break in egg. Gradually stir in half the milk, beating very well. Add the remaining milk and beat for 5 minutes. Allow the mixture to stand for 30 minutes.
Grease a frying-pan and heat it thoroughly. Pour in a very small amount of pancake mixture, and tilt the pan to cover it thinly with a layer of batter. Cook over a medium heat until lightly browned, then loosen and turn over with a spatula and brown the other side. Sprinkle each pancake with The Five Sugar Spice and keep warm until all pancakes are done.
Serve pancakes plain lightly dusted with sugar spice or with fruit and drizzle of honey.
