full of flavours

This is a great spice to use in most dishes. It is incredibly flavourful, but definitely needs to be ground a fit finer especially when mixed with couscous, millet etc. A grinder top would be very welcome.
Highly recommend this spice and would certainly buy it again!

I would HIGHLY recommend this spice mix especially in chicken dishes and pastas. We grind it finer as we need it and it always delivers the most incredible dash of divine to any dish its added to. The mix of flavors lend towards the spicy with clear curry and pepper notes coming though, but no burn, just organic spicy yumminess!
