Alfalfa is low in saturated fat & sodium & very low in cholesterol. It’s a good source of protein, vitamins A, C & K, Niacin, Calcium, dietary fibre, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folate, Iron, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Phosphorous & Manganese.

Soak seeds overnight, drain and let seeds sit. Rinse well every 24 hours. By the 5th day the seeds should ready. Spread out in the sun for 10 minutes to activate the enzymes before enjoying.
