Omega Blend 3-6-9 is a high performance blend of 5 cold-pressed oils specially formulated to give you the ideal 2:1:1 ratio of Omega 3, 6, and 9 EFAs that your body needs. Omega Blend 3-6-9 provides the same benefits as Flax oil, but also provides a suitable dose of Omega 6 and 9 for a more balanced intake of these important fats. Unlike flax oil, which is taken to correct the imbalance of essential fats in our body and restore them to their optimum ratio, our Omega blend is designed to maintain this ratio for a more long-term approach to health.

Characterised by a rich nutty taste, Credé Omega Blend 3-6-9 is made from sustainable plant-based sources of these essential fats, and avoids any fishy aftertaste you might experience from fish capsules. Credé Omega Blend 3-6-9 is also easy to add to salads or dips as a tasty and healthier alternative to other salad oils.

Usage Instructions
